Bofurin still has work to do.
Today, it was announced that the delinquent anime series WIND BREAKER will be returning in 2025 with a second season!
WIND BREAKER is based on Satoru Nii’s manga series, which is published in Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket.
“Welcome to Furin High School, an institution infamous for its population of brawny brutes who solve every conflict with a show of strength. Some of the students even formed a group, Bofurin, which protects the town. Haruka Sakura, a first-year student who moved in from out of town, is only interested in one thing: fighting his way to the top.”
The season one finale of WIND BREAKER will be simulcast today on Crunchyroll at 10:30am PT. Meanwhile, the finale for the English dub (which is releasing a couple weeks behind) will premiere on the streaming platform on July 11.
WIND BREAKER is produced by CloverWorks and directed by Toshifumi Akai with series composition and screenplay written by Hiroshi Seko. Stream season 1 now on Crunchyroll!
